What kind of fabrics do you use?
Many of our products are made from 100% cotton. We use many different fabrics, each with unique features and characteristics. To learn more about individual items please refer to the labels sewn into the seam of your purchased garments or items. For further enquiries please contact info@neotokyo.com.au
What are your shipping options, policies, and prices?
Neo Tokyo offers shipping at a reasonable rate via Australia Post. For complete details please refer to our Shipping and Delivery information.
What happens after I place my order?
Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. One of our customer service representatives reviews your order to make sure your information is correct and that all the items. Our dispatch department then packs your items and ships them.
How will my Credit Card be charged?
When you place your order on our web site, you wil be transferred to the Pay Pal site where you will be prompted to make your purchase through the Pay Pal secure site.
What currencies and payment types do you accept?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit and PayPal. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available. If you don't have a credit card, remember that any Debit Card or ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo is also valid.
Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?
Please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder.
When you get an e-mail from Neo Tokyo, we suggest you choose to "allow sender". This will permit future e-mail from Neo Tokyo to reach you without further problems.
How can I track my shipment?
When your order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an invoice number which you can quote via email to info@neotokyo.com.au where we can promptly give you the status of your order.
What is your return policy?
Neo Tokyo unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from faults of workmanship. We will gladly replace any faulty items you wish to return.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
- Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call customer support: +61 3 9078 2458.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
